Today, Patti talks with Beth Mowins, whose voice may sound
recognizable to you. Since 1994, Beth has been a mainstay at ESPN,
calling collegiate football, softball, and basketball games. And in
just a couple weeks she will make history: On September 11, Beth
will become only the second woman ever to call play-by-play for an
NFL game, and on September 24, she will be the first woman to call
an NFL game for CBS. She’s a true trailblazer in our industry, and
we are so excited to have her at our National Convention emceeing
our Jostens Administrator of the Year and Award of Distinction
Luncheon on Tuesday, October 10.
