Today, we’re excited to share a live episode with Dr. Katrice Albert, which we recorded at the Women Leaders National Convention in Atlanta, this past Tuesday!
In this conversation, Katrice shares with us the hardships she faced as a woman of color working towards her PhD and in higher education in general. She reminds us to never stop asking difficult questions and having courageous conversations. Her motivation is the constant reminder that even though we may fall once, she says, we must get back up twice. Today, as the vice president of inclusion and human resources for the NCAA, Katrice is truly a trailblazer fighting for equality and inclusion within athletics.
