On today’s episode, we have the pleasure of speaking with Vice
President for Women’s Basketball at the NCAA and current Women
Leaders President Lynn Holzman.
Growing up with four siblings, Lynn was immersed into the world of
sport at a young age. By the time she was in high school, Lynn was
being recruited for not one, not two, but three sports by programs
across the country! She ultimately ended up right here in our
backyard at Kansas State playing Division I basketball.
Lynn is a true example of someone who has utilized her network and
taken accountability of her own growth and development to create a
career path that is uniquely her own. She reminds us to be
intentional about the decisions we make, to not settle for the
labels placed upon us, and to break out of the barriers when
necessary.
